One World Futbol Project Pressurless Soccer Ball

In collaboration with the Founder of the One World Play Project, LeadTeam Development, and Foam Creations, we invented the world’s first pressurless soccer ball made of durable expanded foam. The ball’s resistance to punctures and being driven over by a truck is made possible by the material’s unique molding capability - ejecting parts with deep undercuts. The surface design is inspired by traditional geometric designs of the middle east.
