Spartec

In collaboration with Macho’s product team, we developed a protective head featuring impact foam padding, an expanded foam shell, and polycarbonate reinforcement plates. I led the creative process establishing a design language inspired by modern and ancient warriors, analyzed competitive products, studied head forms, and created 3d surface models for prototypes and tooling.
